Delivery time lines.
Following dispatch from our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order within the Nelson/Tasman area, or 3-5 business days for all other locations.
We offer FREE local delivery to postcodes 7020, 7081 and 7011 and small fee of $5 for the rest of the Nelson Tasman Region. We will contact you to arrange the details.
Heavy goods over 5kg will be charged $12.50 + $10 for rural address.
NZ urban areas is at rate of $8.50 and $11.11 for rural deliveries. Please be honest when selecting shipping.
Here at Twinkle & Bean we we embrace the sustainability movement and reuse cardboard boxes and packaging already in circulation. All packaging can be recycled or reused.

Authority to leave ( ATL )
Courier Franchisees will not be required to obtain a signature at the time of delivery and will leave all freight in a safe and secure place at the customer's home or business address. If we are unable to leave in a safe and secure place, the parcel will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent. The customer will be notified where to collect their item from by SMS or Email.
If you have a permanent 'authority to leave’ or agree to a 'one-time use authority to leave', you understand and agree that this gives our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location.
In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by having an authority to leave or a one-time use authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfers to you on delivery.
Lost or damaged goods.
We do our absolute best to get your order to you safe and in a timely manner, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control, If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com. If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.
